Ingredients:
220g butter.
40g stevia (or 200g golden sugar).
4-5 limes.
4 large eggs.
220g almond flour.
2-3 teaspoons ground ginger.
Pinch of salt.
1-2 teaspoons baking powder.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
70g fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped.
Method:
