If you want to cook along, all you will need is:
- 250g butter (put it in the freezer overnight).
- 375g plain flour (put it in the fridge overnight).
- Good pinch of salt.
- A mixing bowl (put it in the fridge overnight).
- Cold water.
- The filling of your choice (I’ll probably use left-over from a roast chicken, pre-cooked and chilled onion, mushrooms, gravy).
