If you want to cook along, all you will need is:

  • 250g butter (put it in the freezer overnight).
  • 375g plain flour (put it in the fridge overnight).
  • Good pinch of salt.
  • A mixing bowl (put it in the fridge overnight).
  • Cold water.
  • The filling of your choice (I’ll probably use left-over from a roast chicken, pre-cooked and chilled onion, mushrooms, gravy).
